Today I wanted to share with you my experience with Olay Ultimate Hydration Mists and how I have been using these mists to achieve natural glowing skin from the inside out.

I have gotten a lot of comments recently on social media about my skin and people have been curious about what I have been using to create the “glowy” look.

I am actually not using makeup highlighter in most of my images and I truly believe glow comes from within and you don’t need to put highlighter everywhere to achieve a glow.

In this blog post, I wanted to share with you the three steps I use daily to keep my skin hydrated and healthy with a glow (and how you can too).

Step 1: Hydrate Your Skin Throughout the Day

One of the things I use in my healthy skin care routine has always been to keep as hydrated as possible. Hydrated skin equals healthy skin. One way I keep my skin hydrated is by drinking water throughout the day. I carry a water bottle with me at all times because I found that hydration is the key to my skin looking it’s best and feeling healthy. What I love about Olay Mists is how they help to maintain the natural hydration in your skin which would otherwise be lost throughout the day. I was shocked to learn over the course of each day we lose over 50% of the moisture in our skin even with moisturizer!- So, along with my morning skin routine, I use these new mists throughout the day to help re-boost hydration. And Olay’s Mists are made with B3 vitamins to strengthen the skin barrier over time so your skin can hold onto its hydration better every time you spray. I noticed that when I applied the mist throughout the day my skin definitely feels hydrated but never heavy and I love how these mists are so light that they work perfectly right over makeup.

Step 2: Add Vitamins and Nutrients to Your Skin

The ingredients in your skincare matter, and I learned a long time ago that adding vitamins and nutrients to your skin are key to its health and beauty. I have always been HUGE on applying vitamin C to my skin and I use that every day and noticed that it really does help to protect and reveal a “glow” on my skin. One of the things I also love about Olay Mists is that they contain Vitamin C in them so they naturally brighten your skin when you apply! In addition they also have several key nutrients like aloe leaf, chamomile and bergamot extract - a power packed combination! I definitely felt and saw the transformation in my skin after a nice refreshing afternoon spray. It’s safe to say my skin loved the pampering these ingredients give, which translates to a beautiful refreshed look.

Step 3: Revitalize Your Skin Throughout the Day

We often focus on our morning and night skin routine, but truly your skin is with you 24/7 and during the in between hours it is often left depleted without moisture and exposed to thousands of pollutants in the air. Skin routines should be an all day approach. Air conditioning, heat, airplanes, offices, city pollutants – they all come at your skin during the day. The Olay Mists are designed for an instant boost of skin hydration to replace the great moisture your skin has been depleted of since you woke up this morning. Plus it provides a mid-day refreshment on-the-go and can be applied right over your makeup- leaving your skin looking bright with a healthy glow. The best part is these mists come in two different beautiful varieties, both Energizing and Calming. Energizing with vitamin C & Bergamot extract to leave skin feeling revitalized, refreshed and energized. Calming with Aloe Leaf & Chamomile to calm dry, tight skin.

I am a total fan of this product and definitely recommend using Olay Mists to provide the skin hydration you need during your day. The best part is, these Olay Mists can be found right at your local Target, which is perfect! You can find the Mists in the beauty section of Target, under “Advanced Skin Care”.
